politicians vs leaders

Politicians..

i dunno if i realy understand d meaning of the word 'politician' ..
as far as i know politicians are the people who are being choosen by the RAKYAT to be their areas representatives and fight for their rights.. these politicians are suppose to OBEY their RAKYAT voices rather than OBEY the LEADERS voices! erm.. a bit confused! hehehehe
Politicians are responsible for any of the RAKYAT problems & rights.. If they dont serve RAKYAT, then they are not their good representatives! i wonder if todays politicians are doing their ACTUAL jobs!

Leaders..

LEADERS are people who lead other people OR people who are responsible for their followers.. they must know how to handle their followers in terms of serving the RAKYAT..
leaders must know how to make the right decission in doing their actions which are going to effect the RAKYAT..
they must know if they doing the right decission at the right time & place to the right person!

LEADERS can be a POLITICIANS..
BUT not all POLITICIANS are the LEADERS!

when leaders & politicians keep mind each other business & keep blaming each others for the wrong actions, they are going to be a big problem in the organization & it will EFFECT the RAKYAT..
